Setup
How do I set up these Tools/Utilities I just purchased for my server?
• All tools/utilities are to include installations steps in the description or within the product download themselves, however, if you need assistance whilst setting them up please reach out to us on Discord. Please follow the installation steps found in the description or attached within your downloaded file.
• Installation is not included with any products on the site, however, if needed we may assist if you reach out to our support.
Currently all products on Lone.Design will be contained within a zipped file which is the .7z or .zip that you see. I believe windows 10 and up can unzip on its own without 3rd party tools, but in that case, if you’re unfamiliar with zipped files here are 2 programs I recommend to easily unzip zipped files.

Winrar https://www.rarlab.com (I used to use for years, but works great!)

Hi Daylon, thanks for your review. It is definitely for you, even when you do not have as much experience. It does require some learning to do to get it setup, but I think the guide, the helpful community and I do help a lot when someone struggles with something. However, I do not appreciate you lying on purpose. I try to the best of my ability to help everyone I can. When you contacted me, I offered you about 30 minutes of support, writing you step-by-step guides how to copy content out of files and insert them. You did not manage to do this within those 30 minutes. After that you wanted additional supports in terms of me setting it up for you, where I said “I generally do not offer setup or anything related to it.”. This is correct.
I do have a lot of customers around and even those non-tech people usually manage to follow along the instructions, especially if I help them in addition. You sometimes didn’t even read my messages, and just kept on doing your thing when you thought you were right.
Why I can’t help everyone fix everything? Thats a simple answer: I have over 250 orders on here. If I’d set it up for everyone by myself in “just 10 minutes”, this would mean a total of 2500 minutes. That would be a total of 40 hours, just on the setup for everyone. This is why all of those products (and not only including mine) offer installation instructions, which you were able to follow on the website but not on Tebex, which I am sorry for.
In your case I even tried to help you with your setup by providing step by step guides. I am kinda sad that you do not appreciate the effort taken from me here. At the end of the day I still wish you luck with your server and I am glad you managed to get it fixed by someone else, sometimes attitude can help when going forward.
