Details

Welcome to my new mini to small-sized map, designed based on popular requests! This 2.5k map features all of my custom mini monuments, allowing space for some Facepunch favorites like the Excavator. You’ll find scaled-down versions of other popular monuments, including a functional mini harbor where the cargo ship can dock, and a mini Launch Site where you can battle Bradley. This map has it all!

Railway

The map boasts a surface railway system comprising twin directional lines that traverse the entire terrain, weaving through underground tunnels, crossing rivers, and seamlessly integrating with subways. With its absence of dead ends, it’s an ideal canvas for plugins like the cargo train event. Additionally, the map includes a dedicated plugin for spawning custom work carts and wagons.

Custom NPCs

I’ve substituted the default RustEdit Scientists with a variety of NPCs representing different factions within the Rust universe: Normal Scientist, Arctic Scientist, Tunnel Dweller, and Underwater Dweller. If these NPCs don’t suit your preferences, you can easily remove the plugin and replace them with any bot plugin of your choice. Special thanks to Steenamaroo for creating this plugin.

Yes, you are allowed to edit the map and add stuff etc.

    needs update dosent work on current rust version

      I’ve tested it as working just fine on the most up to date version of rust. If you got an out of date message just means your map link or server folders has a second copy of the map.
      It’s not fair to drop a review saying doesn’t work when it’s works fine.

    Worked on my version but can have some small improvements:

    – River in the middle not being an actual river so no pumpkins, etc spawning
    – No dirt road connections (my opinion)
    – No underground caves (my opinion)
    – Hole in ground at the Oxum’s Gas Station (bug)
    – At the ‘river’ between L8/L9 the rock with a bridge to the Tugboat spawn, the rock is floating at the start of it (bug)

    Aside from that, great custom mini monuments!

I have taken all your feedback into consideration and have just released an update to resolve the issues mentioned. Perhaps you might consider updating your review accordingly.

    Not currently working on recent rust version. It is a fun map otherwise with great monuments and gameplay just upset i cant run it on my server right now. will update my review as time goes on

    RobJ helped and listened to all the feedback given.

    Already used the map for two wipes and they went great!

    Also didn’t had the issues mentioned in the other reviews that the map were not working.

Map FAQ – How do I host this .zip/.7z file I just purchased on my server?

• First, you want to unzip the file. You can do so by just double-clicking it to open, then drag the contents to the desired location (you may need to install an external unzipping software if you don’t already have one)
• Next you will find either a structure of folders or just the .map file itself (it’s the important one).
• Once the .map is uploaded to dropbox simply copy the share link attached to it.
• You will first start off by uploading the .map file to an online hosting provider, I’ll include dropbox since it’s easy to get started with.
• Once you’ve copied the link paste it into your server’s startup .bat (batch) file. (You can leave the worldsize/seed. Custom maps override proc gen parameters)
• Example “levelurl “https:// www dropbox dot com/s/sdfagbragae/testmapname.map?dl=1”
• Make SURE the dl=0 at the end is changed to dl=1 otherwise players won’t be able to join!
• Now just start your server and it’ll boot right up! Below I’ll attach a video that goes more in-depth on hosting custom maps vs proc gen maps since it’s a tad different

• Installation is not included with any products on the site, however, if needed we may assist if you reach out to our support.
• If the product contains a plugin file (.cs) it’s advised to have it installed prior to booting your server with the map you purchased

Currently all products on Lone.Design will be contained within a zipped file which is the .7z or .zip that you see. I believe windows 10 and up can unzip on its own without 3rd party tools, but in that case, if you’re unfamiliar with zipped files here are 2 programs I recommend to easily unzip zipped files.
