Dante’s Peak is a 3000K size map with around 75K prefabs featuring an active Volcano (plugin included) The Volcano is the main source or ore resources on the map so build close to the mountain and your guaranteed rich pickings at the expense of possibly getting your base wrecked  from the bombardment. Build away from the danger zone and you will struggle to find all you need but no risk of death from falling rocks.
