Description

Tempest/Path Rust Asset Pack

Hey guys/gals! Since Tempest Hosting is a proud sponsor of Lone.Design and houses many servers within Rust and other games I thought it would be a neat idea to make a small asset pack at which anyone can use to place on their own custom maps as they please.

Huge shoutout to Kolya Team#2400 on Discord for helping to turn these into in-game custom prefabs!

Prefabs Included

  • 2x Tempest Full banners with the Cloud (Blue/White)
  • 2x Cloud logo (Blue/White)
  • 2x Path Strong Logo (Blue/White)
  • 1x Roadside Billboard that contains loot spawns and very easy to place
  • 1x Industrial Banner

NOTE: Some of the branding does have a few hundred assets which is 100% fine but please be mindful if you place too many of these (like anything) it may impact client performance.

Prefab FAQ – How do I host this .zip/.7z file I just purchased on my server?

• First, you want to unzip the file. You can do so by just double-clicking it to open, then drag the contents to the desired location (you may need to install an external unzipping software if you don’t already have one)
• Next you will find either a structure of folders or just the .prefab files (it’s the important ones).
• You can then open your map via Rustedit (How to install Rustedit)
• Then install those .prefab files into your …/rustedit/CustomPrefabs folder
• Launch Rustedit and open your map and within the ‘Prefabs’ list you should see the new prefab/monument you downloaded once you search its name

Additionally, here’s a great video that easily covers adding monuments/prefabs to maps of your own!

• Installation is not included with any products on the site, however, if needed we may assist if you reach out to our support.

Currently all products on Lone.Design will be contained within a zipped file which is the .7z or .zip that you see. I believe windows 10 and up can unzip on its own without 3rd party tools, but in that case, if you’re unfamiliar with zipped files here are 2 programs I recommend to easily unzip zipped files.

Zipping/Unzipping Tools
Winrar https://www.rarlab.com (I used to use for years, but works great!)
7zip https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2107-x64.exe (the one I use currently)
