DESCRIPTION

  • Please note that this plugin may get additional content in the future in form of other addon-plugins!

COMMANDS

  • trivia_help
    Displays and explains trivia commands
  • trivia_version
    Displays the loaded plugin’s version
  • trivia_admin [open] [rounds] [frequency]
    1) With the permission trivia.admin a user can start a trivia game with X>0 rounds Y>0 minutes between them.
    2) Only one game can be called at once.
    3) If Automated Games are enabled in the config file, even with permission, trivia games can’t be called!rounds = X
    frequency = Y
  • trivia_admin [close]
    Using trivia_admin close will stop the current game.
  • trivia [number]
    When a trivia game starts, players can choose a number between 1-4 or 1-2, depending on the game type

 

PERMISSIONS

  • trivia.admin
    With this permission, users can call in trivia games.
  • trivia.dontkick
    With this automated permission, players won’t be kicked for flyhack-violation when punished. (currently unused)

    Basically a very good take on trivia for Rust servers. Interested and active developer. I would wish that the default pfp for trivias would not be preset in the .cs
    In addition, the plugin urgently needs a long file.

    Hi, thank you for your review, I really appreciate it!

    The pfp can be modified through the config (.json) file.
    The lang file will be eventually added, Unfortunately I’m very busy during this month.

  • Added Points can be earned by asnwering correct. (uses ServerRewards)
  • Added Server owners can use ItemRewards (built-in)/ServerRewards or both.
  • Added Trivia game endings are displayed once instead twice.

Plugin FAQ – How do I use this .zip/.7z file I just purchased on my server?

• First, you want to unzip the file. You can do so by just double-clicking it to open, then drag the contents to the desired location (you may need to install an external unzipping software if you don’t already have one such as 7zip or winrar)
• Next you will find either a structure of folders or just the .cs file itself (it’s the actual plugin file itself).
• After that just install the .cs (plugin file) into your …/oxide/plugins/ folder where you will install plugins you ever need to.

• Installation is not included with any products on the site, however, if needed we may assist if you reach out to our support.

Currently all products on Lone.Design will be contained within a zipped file which is the .7z or .zip that you see. I believe windows 10 and up can unzip on its own without 3rd party tools, but in that case, if you’re unfamiliar with zipped files here are 2 programs I recommend to easily unzip zipped files.
