Features of Event Tracker

1. Cargo Ship Tracking:
   • Display the time until the next Cargo Ship event.
   • Announce when the Cargo Ship enters the map.
   • Notify players when the Cargo Ship has left recently.
   • Allow players to check the time until the next Cargo Ship spawn using a command (/cargo).
2. Patrol Helicopter Tracking:
   • Track the time until the next Patrol Helicopter event.
   • Announce when the Patrol Helicopter spawns.
   • Notify players when the Patrol Helicopter has left recently.
   • Enable players to check the time until the next Patrol Helicopter spawn via a command (/heli).
3. Bradley APC Tracking:
   • Monitor the time until the next Bradley APC event.
   • Announce the spawn of the Bradley APC.
   • Inform players when the Bradley APC has been destroyed recently.
   • Provide a command (/bradley) for players to check the time until the next Bradley APC spawn.
4. Customizable Configuration:
   • Allow server administrators to configure the minimum and maximum spawn times for each event (Cargo Ship, Patrol Helicopter, Bradley APC).
   • Provide an option to enable or disable announcements for each event.
5. Event Management:
   • Automatically spawn the Cargo Ship, Patrol Helicopter, and Bradley APC according to the configured spawn times.
   • Manage the lifetimes of the Patrol Helicopter and Bradley APC entities.
