The office building simply named “XP”. Featuring multiple floors filled with loot for players to explore alongside a carpark to grub in. This monument would be great paired next to a roadside monument, as its core is a very open layout with no recycler present, but with many smaller dorm rooms and offices that for a great place to wait to ambush larger groups quickly looting and scooting.
