Scientist Horse Plugin Overview

Command for spawn – /spawnrider

FEATURES:

  • Setup population, scan radius for rider, e.t.c. in the config
  • If a scientist sees a player, he will be hunted
  • Automatically spawns every 60 seconds at random if the population has not reached the limit

    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this plugin. Not one rider spawns for days. Sometimes I have to reload the plugin several times so that at least one tab appears, although I have set 10 tabs. The tabs do not run over the map. They stand around in the landscape and wait for a player to pass by. I am very disappointed.

  2. Scientist Horse Plugin
    I installed the plugin on a 2500 map and left spawn tabs at 10. So 10 riders should spawn with an interval of 60 seconds. But the plugin doesn’t do that.
    If you’re lucky, at least one rider will spawn, sometimes none. I noticed that one tab only spawns if I do an o.reload of the plugin while the server is running. Then I sometimes find one with noclip. I search every meter of the map every time.
    I let the map run ingame several times for 5 days. If a tab appears on the first day, there will be no more tabs on the map for the next few days. An o.reload no longer helps, just a complete server restart.
    These are my plugins that I currently have installed on the server.
    CustomVending, FancyDrop, MonumentFinder, NightLantern, NoDecay,
    RemoverTool, ScientistHorse, SimpleLoot, StackSizeController, TerrainViolationFix, TimeOfDay.
    Can you please check your plugin?

Plugin FAQ – How do I use this .zip/.7z file I just purchased on my server?

• First, you want to unzip the file. You can do so by just double-clicking it to open, then drag the contents to the desired location (you may need to install an external unzipping software if you don’t already have one such as 7zip or winrar)
• Next you will find either a structure of folders or just the .cs file itself (it’s the actual plugin file itself).
• After that just install the .cs (plugin file) into your …/oxide/plugins/ folder where you will install plugins you ever need to.

• Installation is not included with any products on the site, however, if needed we may assist if you reach out to our support.

Currently all products on Lone.Design will be contained within a zipped file which is the .7z or .zip that you see. I believe windows 10 and up can unzip on its own without 3rd party tools, but in that case, if you’re unfamiliar with zipped files here are 2 programs I recommend to easily unzip zipped files.
